Surveillance

The process of surveillance can take many forms and will vary, depending on individual cases.

We only undertake professional and ethical surveillance assignments and all of our operatives are trustworthy, discreet and reliable.

APU staff members only engage in surveillance in cases where we can prove that we have considered other, more conventional, methods of evidence-gathering.

We have a good working knowledge of legislation including the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA) and we ensure, through ongoing continuous professional development of our operatives, that we retain our expertise as well as the ability to deliver results that are both ethical and produced with the minimum amount of intrusion.
